While ordering my first pack, i am so thankful to have found the kids size. I have only tried with my daughter, since she recently started menstruating, I am hoping to help her avoid the early hormone imbalance I had (and have again at periomenopause!) It fits her well and she finds it comfortable to wear for an jour before bed. Doesn't want to sleep with it, took me a little while to get used to wearing it in bed (tip: start during cooler months so you don't get overheated and /or wear lighter PJs)
