“Mess-Less Yes!”

Healing my thyroid journey means I have been using homemade castor oil packs for years... have Hashimoto. MESS! I cut my own cotton flannel in pieces, saturated with castor oil, laid it on my torso, then my heating pad, an old t-shirt and got to sleep. I sacrificed many t shirts, stretchy pants, sheets and heating pad covers to the Oily Mess! My naturopathic doctor recommended Queen of the Thrones. In my week of using these wonderful pads... I have no leakage! I suspect there might be some leakage in the future, but I cannot imagine anything severe. The thin barrier is soft and supple, the straps are stretchy but hold tight. “Relief! I love it!”

I received the Queen of Thrones castor oil pack and used it for the first time two nights ago. Omg. I didn’t expect it to work so quickly! I’ve been having such a hard time going to the bathroom. Like I go every day or every other day, but it takes me a long time to go, and it’s never what I would call a healthy experience. Well, yesterday/last night things got moving.
