HOW DO I USE IT?
Here’s how to use your Queen of the Thrones® Bamboo Dry Brush:
STEP 1
Apply Queen of the Thrones® Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to your body.
STEP 2
With small, firm strokes, use your Bamboo Dry Brush to start brushing around your abdomen and chest, always brushing towards your heart.
STEP 3
Next, begin brushing the bottom of your feet, working your way up your legs.
STEP 4
Then start brushing your hands, working your way up the arms.
STEP 5
Use an old cloth to wipe off excess oil before putting on clothing.
STEP 6
Wipe down brush and gently rinse.
Repeat daily.

Can I just drink Castor Oil or rub it on my skin?
When taken orally, Castor Oil is a stimulant laxative that can cause cramping and make you rush to go to the bathroom. Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil is for topical use only.
Simply rubbing Castor Oil on your skin and throwing an old T-shirt overtop (A.K.A. the “Lazy Castor Oil Pack”) only gives you about 50% of the benefits. Without the pack you lose out on the relaxation benefits, similar to a warm hug. The pack and the Castor Oil work synergistically together to help you feel better.
Do I need Castor Oil with the dry brushing?
Since Castor Oil is a natural emollient, it helps to soften the skin which can be irritated with just dry brushing alone.
When is the best time to dry brush?
The best time to do this practice is either before or after a hot shower, ideally in the morning, but it can be done anytime. Repeat daily for best results. *Replace your brush after 2 months
Why does the directional motion of dry brushing matter?
It is best to brush towards the heart.
Will Castor Oil clog my pores?
Simply put: Castor Oil will probably not clog your pores. You see, Castor Oil has a comedogenic rating of 1. This means it is non-comedogenic and most likely will not clog your pores or cause skin irritation.
