Castor oil packs shift your body into the relaxed state of ‘rest & digest’ activating liver detox, lymphatic drainage and colon cleansing to help with:Hormone balance (Hashimoto’s, menopause, postpartum, etc), Fertility (ovarian cysts, fibroids, etc.), Deep sleep & less stressInflammation & leaky gut, Constipation and bloating relief Results vary from person to person.

    How does it work?

When you turn on your natural healing functions by wearing a castor oil pack, there is a shift from stressed to the ‘rest & digest’ state, which promotes:

Liver Detox - Local liver inflammation is reduced and blood flow is increased, supporting enhanced detox

Lymphatic Drainage - The gentle compression over the liver area (highly concentrated with lymph and circulatory vessels) supports lymphatic drainage and cleansing

Colon cleansing - Through balancing gut inflammation, supporting the microbiome via breaking down biofilm, and promoting movement of the gut, this enhances digestion, absorption and better elimination

Food, supplements and medicines can be safely combined and often work better when doing castor oil packs.

Both the pack and oil are ESSENTIAL for all these benefits.

    How to use it?

Your Castor Oil Pack Kit is a simple 2 step process:

Step 1: Pour 1-2 tbsp of organic castor oil (in a glass bottle) onto the soft cotton side of your pack

Step 2: Place your Castor Oil Pack over your liver area (right side below rib cage), and tie in place!

That’s it! For optimal benefits, wear your Castor Oil Pack for a minimum of 1 hour, or overnight for best results. Replace it every 3 months, and don’t share your pack - it’s like underwear!

If you take castor oil orally, it’s a stimulant laxative that can cause cramping and make you rush to go to the bathroom.

Simply rubbing castor oil on your skin and throwing an old T-shirt overtop (A.K.A. the “Lazy Castor Oil Pack”) only gives you about 50% of the benefits. Without the pack you lose out on supporting liver detox, lymphatic drainage and colon cleansing. The pack and the castor oil work synergistically together to help you feel better.

No, castor oil packs are safely combined with any medication and supplement and may help them work better. They are safe to use while on hormone replacements or birth control pills and support hormone balance if you are weaning off. They are safe to use with internal IUDs. In very rare cases, a hypersensitivity reaction to castor oil may occur, if this should happen please discontinue use.

Is the mess and fear of staining your fabrics what has stopped you from doing a castor oil pack in the past? Probably, and that’s why this pack was designed by a naturopathic doctor just for you to be LESS-mess. NO, it is not messless, but it’s less messy than a DIY pack. Always wear an old T-shirt over top, just in case.

Your pack will become messy over time and it’s unknown whether or not toxins are absorbed into the pack so it’s important to replace it after 3 months.

The Castor Oil Pack Kit for Liver Detox is engineered to naturally hold in your own body heat so extra heat is not necessary. You can add extra heat if you want, it’s optional.

In natural medicine heat is used as a modality to slow things down, so it may be beneficial in cases of cramping or if you find you’re always cold. But in cases of constipation, added heat may make you more constipated.

Castor oil packs can be used for fertility support and postpartum during breastfeeding, but should NOT be used during pregnancy. Contrary to popular belief, castor oil packs CAN be used during your period, but if it’s your FIRST time ever doing a castor oil pack, wait until the end of your period to begin, otherwise you may experience more intense period cramps. After regular usage there is no issue doing your pack on your period. Often many practitioners note that your period improves with a regular castor oil pack practice.

    Customer Reviews

    Based on 147 reviews
Kit is great quality, however the results were not as hoped

This kit is really well made, the belt is great, and the castor oil is a wonderful quality. The brush is nice too. However, I had such high expectations following the sales testimonial video of doing this cleanse for a week. But I’ve seen no different results compared with slathering myself with castor oil and massaging, which I already had been doing. That said, the belt is nice as it eliminates the risk of mess. I would recommend this lovely kit for that purpose, but not recommend buying it if you are after the results that were strongly put forward in the sales and promotion around it.

    Noticeable results right away!

I bought the liver pack and oil to help with balancing hormones (post menopausal) and also supporting liver detoxification. I have been diagnosed with fatty liver and am trying to support my liver in as many ways as I can. I went from having 1 bm per day to most days having 2 which tells me my body is working better at eliminating which is huge in detoxifying! My sleep is also better. I had been struggling with my sleep for some time and it very quickly improved and I have been sleeping deeper, which as we know is where the restorative benefits are! I love the pack and will be a longtime customer! I was on the fence for a while but I wish I had started sooner!

    Amazing product!

Have been using this on myself and my 7yo. We love it. Sleep better and for me it has eliminated my excess sweating and smell. This is an issue I’ve struggled with for the better part of my life.
So grateful to have discovered it.

    Still Early

I purchased my Liver detox and I have been using it for a few weeks now. I am not sure if it doing anything yet? I do seem to sleep a little better tho? I do not have any more bowl movements then I did. Still out for debate. I do know castor is is good for you but I think it may take some time before it kicks in.
