How do I use it?

It’s a simple 2 step process:

Step 1: Place the insert on the inside of your Queen of the Thrones® Kids Castor Oil Pack (sold separately) and thread the strings of the pack through the slits on both sides of the insert.

Step 2: Apply 1 tbsp of Castor Oil to your child’s abdominal area or to the centre of the insert, then place the pack over their abdominal area and tie in place.

That’s it! Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight.

*Do not wear it overnight. Always supervise your child wearing their pack. Straps may be a choking hazard. Apply fresh Castor Oil with each use and replace your insert after approximately 60 uses for hygienic reasons.
