How do I use it?

It’s a simple 2 step process:

  1. Step 1: Place the insert on the inside of your Queen of the Thrones® Pelvic Castor Oil Pack (sold separately) and thread the strings of your pack through the slits on both sides of the insert.

  2. Step 2: Apply 1 tbsp of Castor Oil to your pelvic area or to the centre of the insert, then place the pack over your pelvic area and tie in place.

That’s it! Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight.

Apply fresh Castor Oil with each use and replace your insert after approximately 60 uses for hygienic reasons.

We currently only ship to the US and Canada but are quickly working to make international shipping happen sooner rather than later!

In the U.S. we ship with USPS, UPS or Fedex. Usually orders arrive within 5 business days of ordering, however, with high volumes of postage this can’t be guaranteed and it may take longer.
